Alpine Unique Properties began with a simple idea from our founder, Alam Sethi: build homes that are honest, functional, and truly designed for the people who will live in them. Alam's journey started long before the first foundation was ever poured. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and over 15 years of managing multi-site franchise operations across Ontario and Manitoba, he developed a deep understanding of systems, efficiency, and the importance of doing things right the first time.

Those experiences shaped the way Alpine builds today. Alam saw firsthand how families make decisions, how communities grow, and how the smallest details can make the biggest difference in everyday life. Construction became a natural extension of his strengths, problem-solving, planning, coordinating teams, and delivering consistent results.
